We've received your COVID screening questionnaire.

  • If you specified that you are outside, we will text you (most common) or phone you at the number you've provided when it's time to come in.
  • If you will be arriving shortly, you will need to text us at 905-257-7111 when you arrive.
  • Everyone entering the office will need to wear a mask / face covering + keep it on until we've asked for it to be removed
  • Everyone's temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer when entering, and hand sanitizer will be provided
  • Still smile under that mask! We can see you. :o)
