Treatment Coordinator

I am a Certified Dental Assistant, working in orthodontics for over 30 years. I am responsible for meeting with new patients. I can explain all aspects of orthodontic treatment to you, including the personalized treatment plan Dr. Grubisa has made for you. I make sure that you are well informed about what your treatment will involve before you start. I will be sure to answer all your questions and concerns, so that your first visit to our office is an informative and enjoyable experience. I am responsible for the communication between, patients, general dental offices and specialists.

Financial Coordinator

I have been working in orthodontics since 2002 as a Certified Level II Dental Assistant. I am the Financial Coordinator and am available for all questions relating to our payment plans, financial contracts, and insurance plans. In addition, I can explain your orthodontic treatment to you and book the appropriate appointments you will need. I recently completed Invisalign treatment myself! Level II Dental Assistants

We are certified Level II Dental Assistants and we are in charge of the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, like sterilization of instruments, getting prepared for the day’s patients, ordering supplies and coordinating the delivery and pickup of appliances with our lab technician. We assist Dr. Grubisa and the hygienists, Julie and Rachel, when they are working on your teeth. You will see us when having photographs and x-rays taken.

We each have over 15 years experience in orthodontics and are Dr. Grubisa’s second set of hands, working under Dr. Grubisa’s instruction to follow through with her individualized treatment plan. We monitor your brushing and flossing throughout your treatment to ensure you do a great job of keeping your teeth and braces nice and healthy. We look forward to seeing you at every appointment from start to finish, with the end result being your beautiful smile!
